Shipping Policy |  We ship all warehouse stocked products, same day if placed before 3:00pm Pacific Time Monday – Friday. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground unless requested otherwise.  Shipping rates are based on the shipping provider’s standard rates. We are happy to meet our customer’s shipping requirements and alternative shipping methods can be requested (FedEx, USPS, DHL, GoldStreak & UPS collect). 

Return Policy |  Branom will only accept returned products in new or unused condition, and in their original boxes.  An RMA # will need to be obtained from a Branom salesperson and a minimum 25% restock fee will be assessed.
