Purge Meters are low-capacity variable area meters that feature an exceptionally rigid, corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame and an easy-to-use, positive tube lock. Specifically designed for purging instrument cases and control lines, they are also versatile for liquid level indication, sampling, and specific gravity determination. Their robust design ensures reliable performance and simplified maintenance across diverse applications.

  • Structurally Strong Frame: Heavy-duty, welded stainless steel construction resists pipe strains.
  • Corrosion Resistant Materials: Frame is 304 SS, end fittings/valve trim are 316 SS, with various O-ring options (Buna N, Viton, Kalrez, EPR).
  • Positive Tube Lock & Shield: External, knurled nut for quick and easy tube removal, protected by a clear plastic shield.
  • Integral Backcheck: Built-in anti-backflow device on the discharge.
  • High Interchangeability: Most parts are interchangeable across scale lengths for simplified spares and maintenance.
  • Optional Versatile Flow Controller: Maintains constant flow despite pressure variations; available in 316 SS.
