Vibrating Tuning Fork Switches

A vibrating tuning fork switch is a device that uses a vibrating tuning fork to control the ON/OFF state of a load. The device consists of two forks, one that is fixed and one that is movable. The movable fork is attached to a switch that controls the load. When the tuning fork is excited, the movable fork vibrates and the switch is turned ON. The fixed fork is used to keep the movable fork in a state of vibration. When the tuning fork is not excited, the movable fork is held in a rest position by the fixed fork and the switch is turned OFF.
